Our Patient Portal, called MYIO, is a HIPAA compliant, encrypted platform.

By using your portal you can:

• Submit all intake paperwork
• Add or update your credit card on file
• Update demographic information, such as change of address
• Securely message your provider(s)
• Sign or submit any additional forms for your provider
• Access your monthly Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement

An active patient portal requires an email to MYIO by our Admin Team. You then create a username and password with which to log-in. Please note that the invite comes from a "no-reply@valant.io" email address; please check your spam folders.

If you need to create a portal or are having trouble accessing your active or inactive portal, please contact our admin department (admin@tapclinicnc.com). Please note that upon discharge from the clinic, your portal inactivates. You will need to contact our Admin Team to reactivate, if needed.
