DBT Prolonged Exposure

DBT is a transdiagnostic, empirically-supported treatment for a range of emotion regulation difficulties and the gold standard treatment for reducing suicidal behavior and self-injury. Dr. Ritschel is an expert trainer of DBT through Behavioral Tech, LLC, which offers numerous trainings in DBT.

DBT PE is an empirically-supported variation of DBT designed to treat PTSD for clients who struggle with emotion dysregulation and high-risk behaviors. Dr. Ritschel is an expert trainer of the DBT PE protocol through Harned Consulting, LLC.
